My fly-on-the-wall style of documentary photography focuses solely on retelling the story of the event. That means, direction will be at a minimum unless I know that will help you to feel more at ease on front of the camera. I will capture the moments as they happen, I will never force an unnatural situation.
I have photographed a number of weddings over the past ten years and I have found that each couple is different, with photos that convey a different story every time. Your wedding photos will be the legacy of your wedding and they should capture the essence of your big day, and will be memories you can look upon and revisit time and time again.
All wedding photography is bespoke. I move naturally between journalistic and creative styles as events happen, providing you with images that both document moments you may have missed and evoke strong emotions. I listen and watch to anticipate events, capturing details, watching for beautiful light as it adds to your surroundings and makes for artistic and creative photos.
For the majority of your day you’ll hardly realise I’m there, which is ideal for keeping your photos natural and candid.
I have a distinction on a CPD-Accredited Wedding Photography course under my belt. I am also fully insured and DBS checked, and have studied through great portrait photographers such as Gemmy Woud-Binnendijk and Annie Leibovitz to create candid, natural and enchanting images for you to treasure forever.
I am based in North West England, however, I am able to travel further for your wedding celebrations for an extra fee, wherever they may be.
Number of photographs may vary depending on the length of coverage and amount of guests.
I always strive for quality over quantity!
"Paige is an amazing photographer who did our wedding photos. She really captured the day the way we wanted it and we barely even noticed she was there. If you want a photographer who can capture you in the moment but also make posed situations look spontaneous then look no further than Paige. I hate having my photo taken but felt completely at ease and really happy to be in front on the camera."
